The JR Branch is an official part of the C.C.F.C.C. and therefore will give its members the opportunity to participate in C.C.F.C.C. sanctioned competitions, designated C.C.F.C.C. meetings and a whole range of networking opportunities.

We have established an email exchange for all members wishing to contact other members on the National level.

All junior members are encouraged to participate and initiate projects within their own club.

There will be a junior branch representative required at each school as well an actual board to run the club. The members can take on such projects as forming competition teams, field trips, fund-raisers, newsletters etc.

IMPORTANT ! ! !

Membership with the junior branch is reserved for only those that are following a apprenticeship or course of study in a food service environment or recognized school of culinary training.

The membership fee will be $30.00 Which will give you national junior and H.D.S.C.C. membership until the end of the year 2006. There is no initiation fee and when the junior member achieves Journeyman certification he or she will be invited and required to become a national regular member.
