Hi Paul, please forgive me for the delay in sending you this information.

Thank you for the information you sent me regarding the Chefs Exchanges. I have since spoken to Adrian Tobin about the representatives from the WA Turf Club. Adrian has offered to go along on the day with his apprentice Chef Colin.

Adrian would be very good, as he himself has led Australia as vice captain to win gold at Berlin for Australia. He has won so many awards for his culinary creativity. Now that would be good advertising along with your chef, what do you think?
